Design and test of separation device for mechanically collecting membrane miscellaneous mixture
Aiming at the problems of low separation rate and high impurity content in the current membrane impurity separation device,a membrane impurity mixture separation device was designed.This paper introduced the whole machine structure and working principle of the membrane impurity separation device,elaborated on the structure of the key components of the trommel screen and the determination of the main structure and parameters,and carried out a kinematic analysis to determine the main operating factors affecting the separation rate of the membrane impurity and impurity rate.The test prototype was made,and the wind speed at the inlet of the tumbler screen,the tilt angle of the tumbler screen and the rotational speed of the tumbler screen were taken as the test factors,and the membrane impurity separation rate and the impurity rate were taken as the test indexes to carry out the orthogonal test,and the test results showed that the main and secondary orders affecting the separation rate of the membrane impurities and the impurity rate were the wind speed at the inlet of the tumbler screen,the tilt angle of the tumbler screen and the rotational speed of the tumbler screen,and the optimal parameter combinations through the analysis of the tests were wind speed at the inlet of the tumbler screen.The optimal combination of parameters is drum screen inlet air velocity of 10 m/s,drum screen optimal inclination angle of 10°and drum screen rotational speed of 45 r/min.The repeated validation tests have been carried out under the optimal combination of parameters,and the results show that the membrane impurity separation rate is 92.4%and the impurity rate is 6.5%.
