Study on vibrating sod cutting device of pedestrian-controlled lawn sod cutter
In order to solve the outstanding problems such as low survival rate of sod transplantation and low working efficiency for sod cutting caused by irregular cutting of sod root,a pedestrian-controlled lawn sod cutter based on vibration mechanism is developed and designed.The cutting mechanism of sod root is analyzed,a vibrating sod cutting device composed of core components such as vibration components,sod cutter and lifting mechanism of peeling tools is designed,modal and harmonic response analysis on the device are carried out to obtain its inherent characteristics,response characteristics and the deformation and stress distribution of the key components with the largest excitation force.It is obtained that the maximum response simulation displacement of the vibrating parts is 0.246 63 mm,the test displacement is 0.278 3 mm,and the error rate is 11.38%under the excitation of 33.3 Hz,the common working frequency of the power source.Under the same working conditions,the working efficiency of the improved leather drafting machine is increased by 6.8%,the average transplant survival rate of 5 days after drying is increased by 2.5%,and the average transplant survival rate of 7 days after drying is increased by 4.2%.It provides theoretical basis and improvement direction for further optimization design of vibration drafting device.
