Development and test of crawler self-propelled green soybean harvester
In view of the lack of green soybean harvester in China at present and the complex structure and high price of foreign machines,in order to improve the mechanized harvesting efficiency and picking net rate,reduce the breakage rate and impurity rate,a crawler self-propelled green soybean harvester is designed and developed.This paper describes the structure and working principle of the harvester.The harvester adopts full hydraulic drive.The key components such as hydraulic system,picking mechanism and cleaning mechanism are analyzed and designed.The field test results show that this designed green soybean harvester can finish the functions of picking and cleaning well.The production efficiency is 0.17 hm2/h,picking net rate is 95.1%,the breakage rate is 2.4%and the impurity rate is 4.2%.This green soybean harvester has high harvesting efficiency and good quality,and all parameters meet the design requirements.
