Design and experiment of closed-loop control system for ozone sterilization in facility agriculture
In order to better solve the problem of plant diseases and insect pests in the process of protected cultivation,a closed-loop ozone sterilization control system for protected agriculture is designed.The system is based on STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer and consists of ozone generator,high-speed Fan,ozone concentration sensor,timer and alarm.When the system signal acquisition module detects the ozone concentration in the facility space,the sampling signal is transmitted to the controller through the detection circuit,and the controller judges and controls the work of the ozone generator and other actuators according to the system setting value,so as to achieve accurate control of the ozone concentration and reduce the serious damage caused by the inappropriate ozone concentration to the facility vegetables.The system concentration is set to 60 mg/m3,and the working time is 30 min after the system is stabilized.On this basis,ozone sterilization closed-loop control system is used to control leaf mold and gray mold of tomato in greenhouse.The results show that the control effect of the system on leaf mold and gray mold of tomato is better than that of conventional control.The incidence of leaf mold and gray mold is decreased significantly in the whole growing stage of greenhouse tomato,and the control effect is 89.3%and 92.2%,respectively.
