Random vibration and fatigue life analysis of traction saddle of monorail conveyor
In recent years,China's mature monorail transport aircraft generally adopts the working mode of hinged on the track,which has the problems of being unable to disassemble at any time and limited use locations.In order to clarify the operation applicability and fatigue life of the optimized traction saddle for the lightweight self-propelled transport vehicles,a random vibration fatigue life simulation test of the traction saddle was carried out.Taking the monorail conveyor traction saddle as the research object,its equivalent finite element model under actual working conditions was established and modal analysis was carried out,and the RMises stress response distribution of the traction saddle structure under random vibration was described by using the mode shape superposition method,ensuring the plausibility of the model.By using the acceleration power spectrum in the GB/T 21563-2018 standard as the excitation load,according to the random fatigue theory in the frequency domain,the finite element analysis software ANSYS Fatigue Tool module was used to analyze the fatigue life of the traction saddle under random vibration,evaluating the vibration fatigue characteristics of traction saddles.The test results show that the random vibration fatigue life of the monorail transport traction saddle is about 35 863.5 h,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent development and optimization of the general loading device for hilly and mountainous transportation.
