Design of farmland sandy soil improvement machine and numerical simulation of its mixing effect
The problem of soil desertification is one of the factors restricting the development of agriculture in China.A farmland desertification soil improvement machine was designed.The whole machine model was established by SolidWorks,and the discrete element model was established for the key component mixing cylinder.The EDEM software was used for discrete element analysis.The rotation speed,rotation direction and stirring time of the mixing shaft were used as experimental factors,and the mixing uniformity of soil and improved liquid was used as the optimization index to analyze the working condition of the mixing cylinder of the improved device.Through the orthogonal simulation test results,it is concluded that when the stirring frame rotation speed is 40 r/min,the stirring time is 15 s,and the rotation direction of the two stirring frames is opposite,the stirring uniformity is 92.61%,and the coefficient of variation is 0.074 9,which is the optimal parameter.
