Research on optimization design of suspended self-cleaning pump front filter in complex irrigation area
In response to the complex water quality environment in irrigation areas,which leads to frequent clogging of the pump front filter and requires a lot of manpower and financial resources,an automatic cleaning pump front filter is designed.The automatic cleaning device controls the opening condition by using the pressure difference △P at the filter outlet greater than the preset pressure difference P.A mathematical analysis was conducted on the working flow field of the filter,and the mathematical relationship between the control volume Q and the surface area S of the surrounding fluid was obtained.The suspension box was designed with a convex concave feature of 50 mm every 150 mm,which improved the bearing strength of the suspension box.The key parameters of the filter were designed,and six different pressures provided by the water pump for the outlet of the filter were numerically simulated.The pressure difference △P between the inlet and outlet of the filter was obtained,providing a reference for setting the preset pressure difference P.Finally,experiments were conducted on six different pressures,and the results showed that as the pressure at the outlet of the filter decreased,the start stop cycle of the automatic cleaning device and the cleaning time of the filter showed an increasing trend.As the pressure at the outlet of the filter decreases,the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter continuously decreases.The driving force of the internal impeller of the filter is weakened,and the rotation speed of the filter slows down,resulting in a longer cleaning time for the filter.Through the test experiment and application,the filter can effectively prevent the sand and bacteria and algae organisms from entering the micro-irrigation system,and the self-cleaning device can effectively clean the sand and bacteria and algae organisms adhering to the filter screen,which completely realizes the unmanned cleaning of the filter screen and greatly reduces the labor force.
