Research on the measurement of regional technological innovation competitiveness on intelligent agricultural machinery industry based on patent analysis
Based on the analysis of high-value patents related to the intelligent agricultural machinery industry,this paper aims at measuring the regional technological innovation competitiveness of the intelligent agricultural machinery industries in the east,middle and western regions of China.The measuring index of technological innovation competitiveness of intelligent agricultural machinery industry is constructed from the five aspectssuch as the cumulative degree of technological innovation,the width of technological innovation domain,the degree of technological innovation frontiers,the completeness of industrial innovation chain and the degree of technological transfer,to comprehensively evaluate the regional technological innovation competitiveness on the intelligent agricultural machinery industry.Through the statistical analysis of the relevant indicators of intelligent agricultural machinery patents in China,the intelligent agricultural machinery industry in eastern China has the highest technological innovation competitiveness,while the central China ranks the second,and the western China is the lowest.Moreover,it is pointed out that the complete technological innovation chain is an important factor to form the technological innovation competitiveness of regional agricultural machinery industry.Lastly,it is further pointed out that the reason causes the regional technological innovation differences in China's intelligent agricultural machinery industry,and it is necessary to encourage and develop the regional independent research and development capabilities,so as to form a technological innovation chain to enhance its innovation competitiveness.
