Numerical simulation and performance analysis of granular fertilizer mixer in greenhouse
Aiming at the problems of large agricultural water consumption in China, incomplete dissolution of granular fertilizers that are prone to clogging of the irrigation system and uneven mixing of the mixed liquids,a new type of fertilizer mixer was designed.ANSYS was used to analyze the stress and modal state of the agitator,in FLUENT module, the multiple reference system(MRF)method was used to establish the base model, and Euler's equation and k-ɛ equation were used to simulate and analyze the flow field, flow velocity and turbulence kinetic energy in the fertilizer mixing area. The results show that the deformation region of the agitator is mainly concentrated on the cylinder support, and its deformation is small, the lowest frequency of the agitator is 30.536 Hz,and the ratio of external excitation to intrinsic excitation is 1.7,then the agitator will not resonate with the external structure. The inhalation and discharge performances at different stirring speeds are analyzed, and the mixing time of the stirrer is also compared, and it is concluded that when the stirring speed is 800 r/min,the cylindrical stirrer can show optimal performance.
