摘要

针对传统喷雾机械普遍采用人工预混药方式,对作业人员危害大、配比误差大、农药浪费等问题,设计一种基于药液电导率特性的在线混药系统,实现即混即施和混药比的精准控制.选用草甘膦农药为试验对象,通过标定试验获取草甘膦混药比与电导率值之间的关系;选用可编程逻辑控制器(LK3 U-14)为控制单元,设计药液浓度监测系统和控制系统.试验结果表明:草甘膦溶液混药比和电导率呈线性比例关系,决定系数为0.998 5;系统混药比相对误差在±5%区间,混药比时间变异系数<5%,满足喷雾作业要求.

Abstract

In view of the widespread use of manual pre-mixing method in traditional spraying machinery,which is harmful to operators,has large mixing ratio errors and wastes pesticides,an online mixing pesticide system based on the conductivity characteristics of the pesticide is designed to realize accurate control of real-time mixing and application and mixing ratio.In this paper,glyphosate pesticide was selected as the test object,and the calibration test was conducted to obtain the relationship between the mixing ratio of glyphosate and the conductivity value.A programmable logic controller(LK3U-14)was chosen as the control unit,and an electrical monitoring system and electrical control system of liquid drug concentration were designed.The test results show that the mixing ratio of glyphosate solution and conductivity are linearly proportional to each other,with a coefficient of determination of 0.998 5.The relative error of the system's mixing ratio is within the±5%range,and the time variation coefficient of the mixing ratio is less than 5%,which meets the requirements of spraying operation.
