基于负压的浅海养殖海参捕捞系统设计与性能研究

现有的海参捕捞装置捕捞效率低、操作复杂,并不适用于浅海养殖海参捕捞.针对以上问题,设计一种真空负压式海参捕捞装置.以西门子PLC为核心控制器,通过水环式真空泵获取负压,依次控制各个阀件进行启停操作,依靠负压生成罐中的负压将海参虹吸到储存罐中,再将海水泥沙等杂物排出储存罐并收集海参;并自制内嵌加速度传感器的海参仿真模型(质量为130~160 g),对该设备进行性能测试.结果表明:吸管(钢管0.8 m和PVC钢丝管2 m)长为2.8 m,负压储存罐压力值为-0.04 MPa时,海参在管中最大(X轴)初始加速度为0.97g,矢量加速度为1.09g,可认为悬浮式吸取海参.
Design and performance research of shallow sea aquaculture sea cucumber fishing system based on negative pressure suction
The existing sea cucumber fishing equipment has low fishing efficiency and complicated operation,so it is not suitable for sea cucumber fishing in shallow sea culture.Aiming at the above problems,a vacuum negative pressure type sea cucumber fishing device is designed.Siemens PLC as the core controller,through the water ring vacuum pump to obtain negative pressure,control each valve in turn to start and stop operations,rely on the negative pressure generated tank to siphon sea cucumber into the storage tank,and then the sea sediment and other debris out of the storage tank and collect sea cucumber.A sea cucumber simulation model with embedded acceleration sensor(mass 130-160 g)was made to test the performance of the device.The results show that when the length of the pipette(0.8 m steel pipe and 2 m PVC steel wire pipe)is 2.8 m and the pressure value of the negative pressure storage tank is-0.04 MPa,the maximum(X-axis)initial acceleration of sea cucumber in the tube is 0.97g,and the vector acceleration is 1.09g.
