Design and experiment of inclined clamping tobacco loading machine in bulk curing barn
In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and inapplicability of tobacco loading equipment in bulk curing barn,and based on the structural characteristics of bulk curing barn and tobacco rod,an inclined clamping tobacco loading machine was designed in this paper,which was mainly composed of power platform,lifting device and gripping device.A rod clamping device composed of a clamping mechanism and an inclined mechanism was proposed,and the kinematics analysis of the inclined process was carried out.At the same time,a lifting device was designed,which was consisted of a lifting mechanism and a lifting mechanism.The force of the gantry system was analyzed,and the finite element analysis of the gantry system was carried out with ANSYS Workbench software.The tobacco loading test was carried out in the bulk curing barn,and two groups of control tests were set up for manual and lifting tobacco loading.Through experiments,it was found that the inclined clamping tobacco loading machine could meet the requirements of tobacco loading in the bulk curing barn.The average tobacco loading success rate was 96.7%,the average tobacco rod offset rate was 4.8%,and the average tobacco loading rate was 4.1 times than that of manual tobacco loading.Therefore,the accuracy and rationality of the theoretical analysis and design of the inclined clamping tobacco loader are verified.
