Optimized design and test of key components of vertical banana straw crushing device
In order to continuously optimize the straw crushing effect of the vertical banana straw crushing and field returning machine,the key components of the crushing device of the field returning machine were optimized and designed.The optimized structure was simulated by Fluent software,and the pressure and velocity maps of the crushing chamber were obtained under three different speeds of the crushing knife shaft.A three-factor and three-level field experiment was conducted with the forward speed of the machine,the rotational speed of the knife shaft and the bending angle of the blade as independent variables,and the qualified rate of straw crushing as the dependent variable,and the data analysis of the experimental results was carried out through the Design-Expert software to establish the regression mathematical model of the qualified rate of straw crushing and carry out the analysis of variance.The results show that the optimal combination of the parameters of the machine forward speed is 1.39 m/s,the rotational speed of the knife shaft is 1 500 r/min,the bending angle of the blade is 139.28°,and the qualified rate of straw crushing at this time is 98.50%.Through the verification test,the qualified rate of straw crushing is 96.89%,and the error with the software optimization result is 1.61%.
