Research on power system design and energy management of series-connected hybrid tractor based on dynamic programming algorithm
Aiming at the economical problems of series-connected hybrid tractors,dynamic programming algorithm is used to optimize the energy management control strategy of series-connected hybrid tractor.The structure and main parameters of serial-connected hybrid tractor are given,and the key component model of serial-connected hybrid tractor is built based on MATLAB/Simulink.Based on the dynamic programming model and the basic theory of dynamic programming,the solution method of the global dynamic programming control strategy of serial-connected hybrid tractor under ploughing conditions is proposed.The simulation results show that under the two control strategies of power following and dynamic programming,the fuel consumption of power following is 20.625 kg,and that of dynamic programming control is 19.330 kg.Compared with the power following control strategy,the fuel consumption is reduced by about 6.3%,and the economy is significantly improved,indicating that the control of dynamic programming algorithm is more accurate,the effect is better,and the number of large changes in engine power is reduced,and the engine is roughly working in the efficient area.
