基于动态规划算法的串联式混合动力拖拉机犁耕工况能量管理研究

针对串联式混合动力拖拉机存在的经济性问题,采用动态规划算法优化串联式混合动力拖拉机能量管理控制策略.给出串联式混合动力拖拉机结构及主要参数,并基于MATLAB/Simulink搭建串联式混合动力拖拉机关键部件模型,基于动态规划模型及动态规划的基础理论,提出串联式混合动力拖拉机犁耕工况全局动态规划控制策略求解方法.仿真结果表明,在功率跟随和动态规划两种控制策略下,功率跟随的燃油消耗为 20.625 kg,动态规划控制策略的燃油消耗为19.330 kg,与功率跟随控制策略相比,燃油消耗大约减少6.3%,经济性明显提高,说明动态规划算法的控制更加精确,效果更好,而且发动机功率大幅变化的次数减少,发动机大致工作在高效区域.
Research on power system design and energy management of series-connected hybrid tractor based on dynamic programming algorithm
Aiming at the economical problems of series-connected hybrid tractors,dynamic programming algorithm is used to optimize the energy management control strategy of series-connected hybrid tractor.The structure and main parameters of serial-connected hybrid tractor are given,and the key component model of serial-connected hybrid tractor is built based on MATLAB/Simulink.Based on the dynamic programming model and the basic theory of dynamic programming,the solution method of the global dynamic programming control strategy of serial-connected hybrid tractor under ploughing conditions is proposed.The simulation results show that under the two control strategies of power following and dynamic programming,the fuel consumption of power following is 20.625 kg,and that of dynamic programming control is 19.330 kg.Compared with the power following control strategy,the fuel consumption is reduced by about 6.3%,and the economy is significantly improved,indicating that the control of dynamic programming algorithm is more accurate,the effect is better,and the number of large changes in engine power is reduced,and the engine is roughly working in the efficient area.
