Aiming at the interference between cane leaves and cane stems in the process of pulling sugarcane leaf stripper,a cane leaf wind reversal mechanism was designed to achieve the purpose of reducing the rate of impurity and improving the rate of tail breakage by reducing the interference between cane leaves and cane stems.Based on the rotational speed and other conditions of the wind reversing mechanism,the virtual prototype simulation was carried out by using ADAMS to simulate the process and the force situation of sugarcane leaves pushed away by the wind reversal mechanism,and to verify that the wind reversal mechanism could reduce the interference phenomenon between cane leaves and cane stems.On the basis of simulation analysis,the improved physical prototype is tested,and the experimental results before and after the improvement were compared and analyzed.The results show that the improved pulling cane leaf stripper has better leaf stripping effect.The impurity rate is reduced by nearly 2.0%,and the tail breaking rate is improved by about 3.0% .It meets the requirements of sugar mills for raw cane.
