Research on the construction mode of storage and preservation of cold-chain facilities for agricultural products(fruits and vegetables)
The construction of cold-chain facilities for storage and preservation of farm products at origin is conducive to reducing the post-production loss of farm products, improving the quality of farm products, enhancing the commercial processing capacity of agricultural products, further promoting the quality and efficiency of agricultural products, and the green development of agriculture, and is of great significance in accelerating the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.Based on combining some references, policy documents, and standards, combined with field investigation and analysis,it briefly describes the current situation of the construction of cold-chain facilities for fruit and vegetable origin storage and preservation. It researches the construction mode of fruit and vegetable origin cold-chain logistics from the aspects of the policy environment, industry chain, operation system, development foundation and analyzes the main promotion mode of fruit and vegetable origin cold-chain logistics in typical areas. To summarize the problems existing in the construction of cold-chain facilities for fruit and vegetable origin storage and preservation at the present stage is as follows:large gap in pre-cooling link, low usage rate of special pre-cooling equipment, mismatch between the construction of cold-chain facilities and industrial layout, low usage rate of cold-chain storage facilities at the origin, seasonal idleness, shortage of professional personnel in each link of cold-chain logistics at the origin, and other problems. This paper proposes to strengthen the promotion of pre-cooling technology, optimize the layout, develop mobile and shared origin cold storage, and strengthen the cultivation of composite personnel in the origin to provide a reference for the construction of cold-chain facilities for fruit and vegetable origin storage and preservation.
