薯土分离装置液压驱动系统性能分析

为提高马铃薯收获机的收获效率,设计了马铃薯收获机薯土分离装置液压驱动系统.基于薯土分离装置液压驱动系统的工作特点,在拖拉机发动机转速为 1500r/min工况下,分析了液压驱动系统的压力和流量特性.结果表明:当液压驱动系统压力为 8MPa时,薯土分离装置工作稳定,无堵塞现象;当系统压力达到 10MPa时,薯土分离装置开始出现堵塞现象;当系统压力超过 12MPa时,薯土分离装置严重堵塞停止工作.研究成果为马铃薯收获机薯土分离装置转速调节方法的研究提供了理论依据.
In order to improve the working efficiency of potato harvester,a hydraulic drive system of potato-soil separation device was designed.Based on the operating characteristics of the hydraulic drive system of potato-soil separation device,the pressure and flow characteristics of the hydraulic drive system were analyzed under the condi-tion of rotation speed of 1500r/min by tractor engine.The results showed that the potato-soil separation device worked stably without blockage when the hydraulic drive system pressure was 8MPa.When the system pressure reached 10MPa,the potato-soil separation started to block.When the system pressure exceeded 12Mpa,the potato-soil separation device stopped working with serious blockage.The results of the study provided a theoretical basis for the research of adjustment method for rotation speed of potato-soil sepa-ration device.
