摘要
良性前列腺增生(BPH)是引起中老年男性排尿障碍最常见的良性疾病,严重影响患者生活质量.随着国家分级诊疗的深入推进,基层医疗机构逐步成为BPH的接诊主体.因此迫切需要提升基层医疗机构对BPH患者的筛查、诊治和管理能力.本专家共识明确基层BPH的诊疗流程,规范管理标准.提倡在加强基层医疗机构的专病诊治实力基础上,强化与上级医院建立双向转诊机制,为基层临床实践提供指导与参考.
Abstract
Benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH)is the most common benign disease that causes lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS)in middle-aged and older men,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.With the deepening of national tiered diagnosis and treatment,primary medical institutions have gradually become the main healthcare provider for BPH patients.Therefore,there is an urgent need to strengthen the screening,diagnosis,treatment,and management capabilities of primary medical institutions for BPH patients.This expert consensus clarifies the diagnosis and treatment process of BPH in primary healthcare institutions,standardizes the management criteria,and establishes a two-way referral mechanism between higher-level hospitals and primary healthcare institutions,providing guideline and reference for grassroots clinical practice.
