山西省早泄患者生活质量现状及影响因素初步分析

摘要
目的 调查早泄患者生活质量现状,并分析其影响因素.方法 本研究采用便利抽样法,使用一般资料调查表、一般自我效能量表、中文版简易心理弹性量表和中文版SF-36量表对310例早泄患者开展调查.结果 早泄患者生理健康总评得分为(56.75±5.14),心理健康总评得分为(63.85±5.82),均低于国内常模,年龄、病程、性生活满意度、对疾病的了解程度、家庭月收入、一般自我效能与心理弹性是早泄患者生活质量的影响因素.结论 早泄患者的生活质量较低.医护人员应采取针对性干预措施,提高早泄患者的生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current state of life quality in the patients with premature ejaculation and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Convenience sampling method was used in the study,and a survey on 310 patients with premature ejaculation was conducted using a general information questionnaire,a general self-efficacy scale,a Chinese version of the Simplified Psychological Resilience Scale,and a Chinese version of the Quality of Life Scale.Results The overall physiological health score of patients with premature ejaculation was 56.75±5.14,and the overall psychological health score was 63.85±5.82,these two parameters were lower than the domestic norm.Age,disease course,sexual satisfaction and understanding of the disease,monthly family income,general self-efficacy,and psychological resilience were influencing factors for life quality of the patients with premature ejaculation.Conclusion The patients with premature ejaculation have a lower quality of life.Medical staffs should take intervention measures to improve the life quality of premature ejaculation patients.
