摘要
目的 本研究旨在通过文献计量学和可视化分析,阐述前列腺炎和病原微生物相关的国际前沿研究动态和文献分布.方法 数据来自Web of Science核心合集数据库,我们检索并收集了近25年涉及前列腺炎和病原微生物的研究论文,进行被引、合著、共被引、文献计量耦合和共现分析.结果 共纳入了 512篇研究论文,其中美国发表论文总数和总被引量均远超其他国家.Queen's University的Nickel团队是被引用最多的作者和组织.被引用最多的文献由Krieger发表.关键词"大肠杆菌"从2015年至今均为本领域研究重点.结论 我们的研究结果全面概述了有关前列腺炎和病原微生物研究的发展历程、现状、研究热点和未来可能的发展方向,期待能为相关领域的研究人员开展后续的研究工作提供准确而有价值的参考.
Abstract
Objective This study aims to elucidate the international frontier research trends and literature distribution related to prostatitis and pathogenic microorganisms through bibliometric and visualization analyses.Methods Data were collected from the Web of Science core collection database.We searched and collected research papers related to prostatitis and pathogenic microorganisms published in the past 25 years,and conducted analyses of citation,co-authorship,co-citation,bibliometric coupling,and co-occurrence.Results A total of 512 research papers were included,of which the total number of papers published and total citations in the United States far exceeded those in other countries.Nickel from Queen's University was the most cited author and organization.The most cited paper was published by Krieger.The keyword"Escherichia coli"has been a research focus in this field from 2015 to present.Conclusions Our results provide a comprehensive overview of the development process,current situation,research hotspots and possible future directions of the research on prostatitis and pathogenic microorganisms.it is expected to provide accurate and valuable reference for researchers in related fields to carry out follow-up research work.
