Discussing the new knowledge of"Storing"in the theory of kidney storing essence in male infertility based on testicular microlithiasis
Over the years,the majority of scholars have done a lot of research on the theory of kidney storing essence in male infertility.However,most of them only pay attention to"essence"and ignore"storing".The author believes that storing has two meanings,that is,hide too much and seal too little.Among them,the pathogenesis of blood stasis blocking collaterals has a great influence on"storing".Male infertility is often related to the quality of male semen,but the etiology of Western medicine is not clear.The author starts from the perspective of"storing"in the theory of kidney storing essence,combines the pathogenesis of various modern andrology diseases and the pathogenesis of blood stasis blocking collaterals in traditional Chinese medicine,and takes testicular microlithiasis as the entry point,in order to explain the occurrence of male infertility from a new perspective and provide new ideas for the treatment of male infertility.
