腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术在寡转移性前列腺癌患者中应用的安全性分析

摘要
目的 本研究旨在评估腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术在寡转移性前列腺癌患者中应用的安全性.方法 采用回顾性分析2017年1月-2021年12月期间收住的55例前列腺癌患者,其中寡转移组22例,局限组33例,比较分析两组患者围手术期相关指标及手术并发症发生率.结果 根据Clavien-Dindo并发症分级,两组患者Ⅰ、Ⅱ级轻度并发症发生率分别为36.3％和15.2％,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);两组患者均未出现Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ级中重度并发症.结论 通过术前评估,对寡转移性前列腺癌患者实施腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术是安全可行的,大量寡转移性前列腺癌患者可能因此获益.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the safety of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in patients with oligometastatic prostate cancer.Method A retrospective analysis was carried out on 55 patients with prostate cancer admitted from January 2017 to December 2021,including 22 patients in the oligo-metastatic group and 33 patients in the localized group.Perioperative indicators and incidence of surgical complications were compared between the two groups.Result According to Clavien-Dindo complication classification,the incidence of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ mild complications in the two groups was 36.3％and 15.2％,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05).No grade Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ moderate and severe complications occurred in the patients in two groups.Conclusion Through preoperative evaluation,it is safe and feasible to perform radical prostatectomy on patients with oligometastatic prostate cancer,and a large number of patients with oligometastatic prostate cancer may benefit from it.
