A preliminary study on the impact of concealed penis surgery on sexual satisfaction

目的 探讨隐匿阴茎手术后对性生活满意度的影响.方法 应用阴囊皮瓣法矫治隐匿阴茎,所有患者在术前、术后3个月、术后6个月填写PEDT、IIEF-5、SAS、SDS及性生活满意度问卷调查表.结果 2018年3月至2022年3月采用阴囊皮瓣法矫治成人隐匿阴茎共58例,术后恢复良好,无阴茎回缩,勃起时无偏曲及旋转,无明显勃起痛.随访6个月,所有患者均可完成性生活,IIEF-5评分升高(18.83±4.08 vs 20.05±3.39 vs 21.02±2.82),PEDT评分降低(12.31±3.53 vs 10.67±3.68 vs 10.00±4.06),焦虑、抑郁倾向逐步好转,性生活满意度由8.6％上升至41.4％.结论 隐匿阴茎手术可重塑阴茎外形,显著缓解阴茎勃起痛;勃起障碍及早泄症状均有不同程度的改善,患者总体性生活满意度较术前明显提高,长期性功能障碍导致的焦虑、抑郁倾向逐步减轻,临床疗效满意.
Objective To explore the impact of concealed penis surgery on sexual satisfaction.Methods The scrotal flap technique was applied to correct the patients with concealed penis.Before surgery,and at 3 and 6 months postoperatively,the patients received the PEDT,IIEF-5,SAS,SDS,and sexual satisfaction questionnaire surveys.Results From March 2018 to March 2022,a total of 58 cases of adult concealed penis were treated using the scrotal flap technique.Postoperatively,patients recovered well with no penile retraction,no penile deviation or rotation during erection,and no significant erection pain.At the 6-month follow-up,all patients were able to engage in sexual intercourse.The IIEF-5 scores increased(18.83±4.08 vs 20.05±3.39 vs 21.02±2.82),while the PEDT scores decreased(12.31±3.53 vs 10.67±3.68 vs 10.00±4.06).Anxiety and depression tendencies gradually improved,and sexual satisfaction increased from 8.6％to 41.4％.Conclusion Concealed penis surgery can reshape the penile appearance,and significantly alleviate penile erection pain of patients,and their erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation symptoms show varying degrees of improvement,and their overall sexual satisfaction has significantly increased compared to preoperative level,and anxiety and depressive tendencies caused by long-term sexual dysfunction gradually decrease,and the overall clinical efficacy is satisfactory.
