Clinical efficacy of compound Xuanju capsule combined with decompression and Ninxin formula in the treatment of cardiac erectile dysfunction
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound XuanJu capsule combined with decompression NingXin formula in the treatment of psychogenic erectile dysfunction.Methods Clinical efficacy observation was carried out through the Internet+follow-up mode,and the patients included according to the criteria were divided into three groups,Xuanju group(compound Xuanju capsule,3 capsules/times,tid),decompression group(decompression NingXin formula,1 sachet,bid),and the combination group of Xuanju+decompression(the above two medicines were used at the same dosage).The treatment cycle was 1 month,and the International Erectile Function Score(IIEF-5),Erectile Hardness Scale(EHS),Burns Depression Checklist(BDC),and Hamilton Depression Inventory(HAMD-17 items)were collected before and after treatment,respectively.The efficacy of each group was analyzed by comparing before and after treatment and comparing the differences between groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the IIEF-5 score,EHS score,BDC score,and HAMD-17 item score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After one month of treatment,IIFE-5 and EHS indexes were higher than before treatment in all three groups(P＜0.05),and BDC and HAMD-17 item indexes were lower than before treatment(P＜0.05).In terms of improvement values,the improvement values of all parameters after treatment in the combined Xuanju+decompression group were significantly higher than those in the Xuanju and Decompression groups.The T level in the combined group after treatment was higher than that in the Xuanju and decompression groups,and the E2 level was lower than that in the compound Xuanju and decompression groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compound Xuanju capsule combined with decompression NingXin formula can significantly improve the erectile function scores of patients with psychological cardiac erectile dysfunction and reduce the psychological scale scores,which is safe and effective in clinical treatment.
