李曰庆教授运用贯叶金丝桃-刺五加药对治疗男性性功能障碍经验

摘要
男性性功能障碍是泌尿男科门诊的一种常见病,发病率高,影响夫妻感情及家庭和睦,给男性造成严重的心理创伤.李曰庆教授在治疗男性性功能障碍上主张身心同治,既要改善性功能,同时要注重对患者心理的调节,打破"因病致郁、因郁致病"的恶性循环,有助于提高临床疗效.贯叶金丝桃-刺五加是李曰庆教授常用的疏肝解郁的药对,现代药理研究也证实了该药对可较好地改善抑郁、焦虑、紧张等不良心理情绪.本文以理论研究及李曰庆教授的经验来阐明贯叶金丝桃-刺五加药对对男性性功能障碍伴抑郁焦虑症状的治疗作用,并附医案以佐证.
Abstract
Male sexual dysfunction is a common disease in the outpatient department of urology,and its'incidence is high.It affects the feelings of husband and wife and family harmony,and causes serious psychological trauma to men.Professor Li Yueqing advocates the same treatment of body and mind in the treatment of male sexual dysfunction,and proposes to simultaneously improve sexual function and patients'psychology,and changes the vicious circle of"depression caused by disease,disease caused by depression",which helps improve clinical efficacy.Professor Li Yueqing often use hyperico and Acanthopanax hypericum to regulate emotions in clinic.Modern pharmacological studies have also confirmed that they can improve depression,anxiety,tension and other bad psychological emotions.Based on the theoretical research and the experience of Professor Li Yueqing,this article elucidates the therapeutic effect of hypericum sinensis and acanthacanthus on male sexual dysfunction accompanied by depression and anxiety.
