基于护场与传舍理论探讨前列腺癌骨转移的防治思路

To explore the prevention and treatment thinking of bone metastasis of prostate cancer based on the theory of Chuanshe and Huchang

运用中医护场与传舍理论分析前列腺癌的发生、发展、转移和侵袭过程,从而为前列腺癌骨转移的防治提供指导.认为护场与肿瘤炎症微环境、传舍与前列腺癌骨转移过程具有相似之处,理论共通是指导疾病治疗的基础.护场有整体护场、局部护场之分,整体与局部的协调共同维持护场稳定,而护场的稳定是避免癌毒传舍的前提,前列腺癌骨转移的防治应当坚持"稳定护场、避免传舍"的原则.结合前列腺癌骨转移的病机认识,主用温补肾阳、滋肾养阴、健脾和中法以维持整体护场稳定,运用散寒通滞、解毒祛邪法遏制癌毒,维持局部护场稳定,并将温肾散结法作为前列腺癌骨转移防治的主要方法.
The occurrence,development,metastasis and invasion of prostate cancer were analyzed based on the traditional Chinese medical theory of Chuanshe and Huchang to obtain the prevention and treatment guidance for bone metastasis of prostate cancer.It is believed that there are similarities in processes between the Huchang and the inflammatory microenvironment of tumor,between the theory of Chuanshe and bone metastasis of prostate cancer,the common theory is the basis to guide the treatment of the disease.The Huchang can be divided into whole Huchang and local Huchang,and the coordination of the whole and local protection field can jointly maintain the stability of the protection field,and the stability of the protection field is the premise to avoid the transmission of Chuanshe.The prevention and treatment of bone metastasis of prostate cancer should adhere to the principle of"stable Huchang and avoid Chuanshe".Combined with the pathogenesis of bone metastasis of prostate cancer,the main methods of warming kidney Yang,nourishing kidney Yin,invigorating spleen and central methods were used to maintain the stability of whole Huchang,and the methods of dispelling cold and stagnation,detoxifying and removing evil were used to curb cancer toxicity and maintain the stability of local Huchang.And using the method of warming kidney and dispersing stagnation as the main method for preventing and treating prostate cancer bone metastasis.
