摘要
为了解低强度体外冲击波(Li-ESWT)在目前勃起功能障碍(ED)临床治疗中的应用进展,作者复习了近些年来数十篇中、英文文献,着重于临床应用作一综述.Li-ESWT是一种非直接创伤性技术,可改善微循环,促进细胞和神经再生.临床应用证实能明显改善血管源性和部分神经源性ED的治疗结果.作者认为Li-ESWT有望作为血管源性和神经源性ED之常规治疗方法.
Abstract
In order to understand the application of low-intensity extracorporeal shock wave(Li-ESWT)in the clinical treatment of erectile dysfunction(ED),the author reviewed dozens of Chinese and English literature in recent years.With a focus on clinical applications,Li-ESWT is a non-invasive technique that can improve micro-circulation,promote cell and nerve regeneration,and significantly improve the treatment outcomes of vascular and neurogenic ED.The author believes that Li-ESWT has the potential become a routine treatment for vascular and neurogenic ED.
