摘要
孕酮是人体必需的类固醇激素,其影响着男性生殖健康.为更好地了解孕酮在男性生殖疾病中的影响和作用,本文根据影响孕酮水平的因素梳理相关文献,认为血脂、金属离子、食品添加剂、各类药物等通过不同渠道影响孕酮的合成与分泌,孕酮对男性不育症、勃起功能障碍及前列腺疾病有一定的影响.此外,孕酮对神经系统疾病、消化系统疾病、心血管疾病、骨科疾病以及肿瘤疾病等均有不同程度的影响,提示我们应关注孕酮对男性生殖健康乃至全身健康的影响,为临床诊疗提供新的思考和借鉴.
Abstract
Progesterone is an essential steroid hormone in the human body,which affects male reproductive health.In order to better understand the influence and role of progesterone in male reproductive diseases,this article reviews the relevant literatures on the factors that affect progesterone levels,and finds that blood lipids,metal ions,food additives,and various drugs affect the synthesis and secretion of progesterone through different channels.Simultaneously,it also combs the effects of progesterone on infertility,erectile dysfunction,and prostate diseases.In addition,progesterone level has varying degrees of effects on neurological diseases,digestive system diseases,cardiovascular diseases,orthopedic diseases,and tumor diseases.It suggests that we should pay attention to the impact of progesterone on male reproductive health and even systemic health diseases,providing new insights and references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
