目的 基于文献计量方法,应用CiteSpace软件可视化分析男性恶性肿瘤患者生育力保存相关文献,探索其发展状况、研究热点及应用前沿.方法 检索建库至2024 年2 月28 日Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的相关文献.通过CiteSpace 6.2.R2 软件绘制图谱进行解读.结果 最终纳入523 篇文献;发文量总体呈上升趋势;美国的发文量及中心性最高,在国际上影响力最大;机构中University System of Ohio发文量最多,Assistance Publique Hopitaux Paris中心性最高;共出现四大主要研究团队;生育力保存咨询、决策及影响因素,生育力保存技术和伦理学思考是当前研究热点及趋势.结论 建议中国学者及研究机构重视男性恶性肿瘤患者生育力保存研究,针对当前研究热点及趋势,进一步加强学术合作交流,以提高文献及研究者在国际上的影响力.
Research status and developing trend analysis of fertility preservation in male cancer patients by bibliometric methods
Objective To explore research status,hotspots and application of fertility preservation in male cancer patients by bibliometric methods and CiteSpace software.Methods The related articles were retrieved from the Web of Science core collection database,and the period for literature inclusion was from the establishment of the database to February 28,2024.CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software was used to draw the map for interpretation.Results A total of 523 articles were obtained.There was an increase trend in the number of publications.The United States had the highest publication volume and centrality,and the greatest international influence.Among numerous units and institutions,University System of Ohio had the largest number of publications,and Assistance Publique Hopitaux Paris had the highest centrality.There were four main research teams.Fertility preservation consultation,decision-making and its influencing factors,fertility preservation technology and ethical considerations are research hotspots and trends.Conclusions Further studies should focus on three major areas for in-depth research including fertility preservation consultation,decision-making and its influencing factors,fertility preservation technology and ethical considerations.It is suggested that Chinese scholars and research institutions attach importance to fertility preservation research in male cancer patients and further strengthen academic cooperation and exchanges according to current research hotspots and trends for improving the influence of literature and researchers in the world.
