摘要
男性不育症属中医"无子""艰嗣"等范畴.本病病因病机趋于复杂化,与肾、精室等脏腑密切相关,多表现为肾虚精亏,精室失用.本文将"肾虚精亏,精室血瘀"作为男性不育症发生的核心病机,认为其本虚在肾,血瘀在精室.在此基础上,拟定了"补肾、活血"的治疗原则,从补肾填精、补肾益气、补肾滋阴、补肾助阳立法,兼顾畅达精室血脉,改善本病诸症.此外,在应用补肾活血法时,也可参考"脑-心-肾-精室"轴的辨治思路,促进周身气机的协调有序.
Abstract
Male infertility belongs to the category of"wuzi"and"jiansi"in traditional Chinese medicine.The etiology and pathogenesis of this disease tend to be complicated,and closely related to the kidney,essence chamber and other internal organs,mostly manifested as deficiency in kidney and dysfunction in essence chamber.In the study,we took"kidney deficiency and essence chamber's blood stasis"as the core pathogenesis of male infertility,and believed that the deficiency was in the kidney and the blood stasis in the essence chamber.According the above understanding,we formulated the treatment principle of"tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation",and improved various symptoms of this disease through consolidating the kidney and supplementing essence,invigorating kidney qi,nourishing kidney yin and enriching kidney and strengthening yang,and promoting blood circulation in the essence chamber.Additionally,in applying the method of tonifying the kidney and activating the blood in essence chamber,we also referred to the idea of"brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber"axis,as well as promoting the harmonization of qi in the body.
