摘要
为进一步规范阴茎硬结症(佩伦涅病)的手术诊疗,中国性学会私密整形分会发起并组织业内专家,基于国内外相关指南,结合近年来发表的相关文献和我国临床实践,共同讨论并制定本共识.共识涉及阴茎硬结症疾病概述、术前评估、手术治疗、手术资质、手术级别划分、禁忌症、术后处理、疗效评估原则、术后随访等方面内容,旨在为专科医务人员提供参考.
Abstract
In order to further standardize the surgical treatment of Peyronie's disease,the Private Plastic Surgery Branch of China Sexology Association initiated and organized industry experts to discuss and formulate this consensus based on relevant foreign guidelines,combined with relevant literature published in recent years and clinical practice of China.The consensus involves disease overview,preoperative evaluation,surgical treatment,surgical qualification,surgical grade classification,contraindications,postoperative management,therapeutic effect evaluation principles,postoperative follow-up and other aspects,aiming to provide reference for specialist medical personnel.
