目的 探讨黄芪韭子茶对肾阳虚型糖尿病前期合并勃起功能障碍(ED)患者的临床疗效.方法 选取在2022年8月—2023年8月间在眉山市中医医院生殖内分泌科和男科就诊的符合入组标准的60例肾阳虚型糖尿病前期合并ED患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例.所有患者给予调摄情志、控制饮食和指导运动等基础处理;在此基础上,对照组加服金匮肾气丸,治疗组加饮黄芪韭子茶,疗程8周.观察两组总有效率、勃起指数、血清睾酮(T)水平、糖代谢指标、体重指数、抑郁量表评分(SDS)、焦虑量表评分(SAS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、中医证候积分差异.结果 与对照组相比,治疗组勃起指数明显提高(18.9±3.2vs14.5±3.1,P＜0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组(86.4％vs 71.4％,P＜0.05);治疗组血清 T 高于对照组((13.23±3.18)nmol/L vs(11.44±2.83)nmol/L,P＜0.05);治疗组SDS评分、SAS评分及生活质量评分均优于对照组(47.85±5.24 vs 52.27±4.61,P＜0.05;52.66±6.68 vs58.54±6.37,P＜0.05;151.28±22.25 vs 143.33±21.72,P＜0.05);治疗组糖化血红蛋白低于对照组(5.63％±0.67％vs 6.12％±0.53％,P＜0.05),且治疗组还可以改善中医症候、减轻胰岛素抵抗及体重指数.结论 黄芪韭子茶可提高肾阳虚型糖尿病前期合并ED患者的性功能,改善体重指数、降糖、改善胰岛素抵抗、升高睾酮水平,改善情绪,提高生活质量,适合临床推广.
Effect of Huangqi Jiuzi Tea for patients with Shen-Yang-deficiency type pre-diabetes concomitant with erectile dysfunction
Objective To assess the clinical effectiveness of Huangqi Jiuzi Tea for patients with Shen-Yang-deficiency type pre-diabetes concomitant with erectile dysfunction.Methods 60 patients,who were diagnosed with Shen-Yang-deficiency type pre-diabetes concomitant with erectile dysfunction,were recruited from the department of reproductive endocrinology and andrology of our hospital between August 2022 and August 2023.They were randomly assigned into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases).Diet control,exercise guidance and emotional nursing were performed for all the patients.Patients in the control group received Jin Kui Shen Qi pill and those in the observation group received Huangqi Jiuzi lea for 8 weeks.Clinical outcomes included differences of clinical effectiveness,testosterone level,glucose metabolism index,body mass index,depression scale score(SDS),anxiety scale score(SAS),quality of life score(QOL)and total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups.Results The effectiveness rate in the observation group(86.4％)was higher than that in the control group(71.4％),with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Patients in the observation group had significantly higher serum total testosterone level,and lower blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,insulin,body mass index,SDS score,SAS score and TCM syndrome score,compared with those in the control group(P＜0.05).Patients in the observation group also had higher quality of life score(P＜0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Jiuzi Tea could effectively improve sexual function,reduce body mass index,hypoglycemia and insulin resistance,increase testosterone level,and alleviate negative affect in patients with Shen-Yang-deficiency type pre-diabetes.This tea-based drink is worthy of been promoted for clinical application.
