Effects of compound Huangbai applicator on postoperative wound margin of disposable circumcision suture device
Objective To observe the effect of compound Huangbai applicator on the wound of disposable circumcision suture device.Methods Patients who underwent circumcision in the andrology outpatient department of Enshi Central Hospital from June 1,2021 to July 31,2021 were selected,and then 160 patients were enrolled based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria.According to different postoperative nursing methods,the patients were divided into the control group(80 cases)and the experimental group(80 cases).The patients in the control group were washed with potassium permanganate solution after surgery,and the patients in the experimental group with compound Huangbai applicator after surgery.They were followed up for 1 month.The healing time of the wound edge,the number of bleeding and infection cases at the wound edge,the secretion at the wound edge,the degree of pain at the wound edge,the degree of edema at the wound edge of the patients were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The wound healing time of the experimental group(14.89±1.77)d was shorter than that of the control group(16.44±1.86)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 3 cases of infection and 2 cases of bleeding in the experimental group,and 10 cases of infection and 9 cases of bleeding in the control group had,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 3rd day after surgery,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the amount of peripheral secretion,peripheral pain and peripheral edema(P>0.05).On the 6th,9th and 12th day after surgery,the amount of traumatic secretions,pain degree and edema degree in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Huangbai applicator can promote the rapid healing of wound margin,reduce edema and pain of wound margin,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative bleeding and infection after use of disposable circumcision suture device,which is worthy of clinical application.
