基于心理支持求助态度探讨前列腺癌疾病不确定感与生命质量的关系

摘要
目的 基于心理支持求助态度的中介效应,分析探讨前列腺癌患者疾病不确定感与生命质量的关系.方法 选取90例前列腺癌患者,评价疾病不确定感、生命质量、心理支持求助态度.分析每2项评分间的相关性,并进行中介效应分析.结果 患者疾病不确定感强、生命质量差、心理支持求助态度消极;疾病不确定感可负向预测生命质量、心理支持求助态度;不同疾病不确定感与心理支持求助态度同时预测生命质量时其作用均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);心理支持求助态度在疾病不确定感与生命质量间发挥中介作用.结论 前列腺癌患者疾病不确定感强、生命质量差、心理支持求助态度消极,且有相关性,心理支持求助态度在疾病不确定感与生命质量间有中介效应.
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between disease uncertainty and quality of life in patients with prostate cancer based on a mediating effect analysis of psychological support and help seeking attitude.Methods 90 patients with prostate cancer were enrolled,and the uncertainty of disease,quality of life and attitude to help seeking were evaluated.The relationships between each two scores were analyzed.The mediation effect analysis was conducted.Results Patients had a strong sense of uncertainty about their illness,poor quality of life,and a negative attitude towards seeking psychological support and assistance.The uncertainty of disease was able to negatively predict the quality of life,psychological support and help seeking attitude.The uncertainty of different diseases and the attitude of psychological support for help were statistically significant in predicting the quality of life(P＜0.05).Psychological support and help seeking attitude played a mediating role between uncertainty of disease and quality of life.Conclusion Prostate cancer patients have a strong sense of disease uncertainty,poor quality of life,and negative attitudes towards psychological support and seeking help,which are correlated.Psychological support and seeking help attitudes have a mediating effect between disease uncertainty and quality of life.
