An analysis of the application of Zhu Danxi's"Qi depression"theory in andrology
Objective To elucidate the connection between Zhu Danxi's theory of"Qi depression"and male diseases and its application in male diseases.Methods Using ancient books as the research object,through the"Danxi Xinfa"in:"Qi and blood flush,all diseases do not arise,a fries and depression,all diseases born.Therefore,all diseases of the human body are mostly born in depression."In order to understand and extend the thinking of this article,Zhu linked all diseases in male medicine with Qi and depression,and explained the connection between the two in terms of theoretical exploration and clinical practice.Results Zhu Danxi puts forward"Qi depression"as the core of six depressions,Qi depression is not through the body's Qi stagnation,elevation in and out of the obstruction of water into phlegm,blood into stasis,obstruction in the abdomen,such as the accumulation of tangible evils,or the development of belching,eructation,such as intangible Qi,but also can be seen in the seven feelings of emotional disorders,such as emotional dissonance.Associated with impotence,premature ejaculation,male infertility and other male disorders have shown a long course of disease,complexity of the condition,belonging to the patient's privacy,on the one hand,affecting the patient's normal work and life,on the other hand,make the patient's self-confidence frustrated,depressed mood,clinically common male illnesses and miscellaneous depressions occur in tandem,so the author will be the link between the two,with a view to clinical diagnosis and treatment of the thinking provided.Conclusion The theory of"Qi and depression"establishes a theoretical bridge between men's diseases and depression,which can be caused by both disease and depression,and ultimately lead to the result of disease and depression,which provides a basis for the treatment of complex men's diseases from the perspective of Qi and depression,and provides a new direction for the development of clinical treatment in the future.
