五子衍宗丸的临床应用进展

摘要
五子衍宗丸被誉为"古今第一种子方",首载于张时彻《摄生众妙方》一书中,多用于治疗男性不育症.此方药少效宏,现代临床研究表明,五子衍宗丸还被广泛应用于妇科疾病、泌尿系统疾病、神经系统疾病、慢性肾脏病等.但部分系统疾病的临床研究较为老旧,试验样本量少、随访时间短、缺乏严谨性,此外,中药制剂良莠不齐等问题仍较为突出,有待日后解决.
Abstract
Wuzi Yanzong pill is known as the first seed formula in ancient and modern times,which was first decribed in Zhang Shiche's book"Numerous Miraculous Prescriptions for Health Cultivation".It is often used for the treatment of male infertilety.This formula has fewer drugs but better effects.Modern clinical studies have shown that Wuzi Yanzong pill is also widely used in the treatment of gynecological diseases,urinary system diseases,neurological diseases,chronic kidney disease,etc.,and has remarkable therapeutic efficacy.However,with small sample sizes,short trial time,lack of rigor,and uneven quality of Chinese medicinal preparations which still need to be solved in the future.
