基于数据挖掘的前列腺癌动物模型应用分析

本文总结了前列腺癌(prostatic cancer,PCa)动物模型特点,为完善PCa动物模型提供参考.方法通过检索中国知网、万方数据库、PubMed、WOS数据库中PCa动物模型相关文献,总结实验动物种类、性别、肿瘤细胞系、造模方式等,建立数据库进行统计分析.结果共纳入300篇文献,统计分析发现,PCa模型动物首选雄性BALB/c裸小鼠.造模方式多选用腹部皮下细胞移植,癌细胞种类多选择人源性PC-3、DU145等,接种数量多选择每只1×106个细胞,检测指标主要包括肿瘤组织表观指标、组织病理、免疫组化等.结论目前PCa动物模型种类单一,且造模方式多以异位造模为主,缺少与临床吻合度高的模型.本研究通过挖掘分析前列腺癌动物实验类文献,以期为前列腺癌动物实验提供参考和帮助.
Application analysis of prostate cancer animal models based on data mining
Objective To summarise the characteristics of the prostatic cancer (PCa) animal model and to provide reference for the improvement of the PCa animal model.Methods We searched the relevant literature on PCa animal models in China national Knowledge infrastracture,Wanfang database,PubMed and WOS databases,summarized the types of experimental animals,gender,tumour cell lines and modelling methods,and set up a database for statistical analysis.Results A total of 300 papers were included,and the statistical analysis revealed that BALB/c male nude mice were preferred as PCa model animals.The modelling method is mostly subcutaneous abdominal cytosol transplantation;the cancer cell types are mostly PC-3 and DU145 of human origin;the number of inoculation is mostly 1 × 106 per animal;and the detection indexes mainly include apparent indexes of tumour tissues,histopathology,immunohistochemistry,and so on.Conclusion At present,there is a single type of PCa animal model,and the modelling method is mostly based on ectopic modelling,and there is a lack of models with a high degree of clinical compatibility.This study mined and analysed the journal literature on animal experiments of prostate cancer,with a view to providing reference and help for animal experiments of prostate cancer.
