摘要

精索静脉曲张,一种因静脉瓣膜功能障碍或缺失导致血液流动受阻的疾病,普遍存在于男性人群中,能够对睾丸结构和功能造成影响,从而损伤男性生育能力.本文重点讨论了精索静脉曲张对睾丸支持细胞功能的影响,包括促炎细胞因子引发的免疫和炎症反应所导致的支持细胞损伤,以及氧化应激对支持细胞造成的损伤等.文章还探索了外泌体在精索静脉曲张治疗前景中的潜在角色,并提出人羊膜上皮细胞(hAECs)和骨髓间充质干细胞来源的外泌体可能成为新的治疗策略.

Abstract

Varicocele,a disorder in which blood flow is impaired due to dysfunction or absence of venous valves,is common in men and can affect testicular structure and function,thus impairing male fertility.This article focuses on the effects of varicocele on the function of Sertoli cell,including the damage of Sertoli cell caused by proinflammatory cytokine and inflammatory responses,and the damage of Sertoli cell caused by oxidative stress.The article also explores the potential role of exosomes in the future of varicocele therapy and suggests that human amniotic epithelial cells ( hAECs ) and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes may become novel therapeutic strategies.
