冷冻复苏对人精子线粒体影响的研究进展

人类精子冷冻保存是不育症治疗和男性生育力保存的重要技术.精子线粒体是维持精子活力的关键细胞器,在精子获能、顶体反应、受精及维护精子活力等方面发挥极为重要的调节作用.然而,在精子冷冻与复苏过程中,冷冻损伤不可避免地影响精子线粒体的结构和功能,继而也决定着人类辅助生殖技术的治疗结局.本文就冷冻复苏对人类精子线粒体的生物功能、超微结构、膜功能、DNA及蛋白质五个方面的研究进展进行综述.
Research progress on the effect of freezing-thawing on human sperm mitochondria
Cryopreservation of human sperm is a crucial technology in the treatment of infertility and the preservation of male fertility.Mitochondria in sperm are crucial organelles for maintaining sperm vitality,and play an extremely important regulatory role in sperm capacitation,acrosome reaction,fertilization,and the maintenance of sperm vitality.However,freezing and thawing inevitably damages the structure and function of sperm mitochondria,subsequently determines the outcomes of assisted reproductive technologies.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the impact of cryopreservation and thawing on the biological functions,ultrastructure,membrane function,DNA,and protein of human sperm mitochondria.
