摘要
雄激素是由胆固醇经过一系列化学反应,在性腺、肾上腺等器官中产生的类固醇激素.雄激素在人的生长、发育、衰老各个阶段的血液浓度各异,且具有亲脂性,能够透过血脑屏障,对脑形态发育、脑功能维持具有特定的生理病理作用.但其具体功能、临床意义与发生机制仍未完全阐明.本文将就相关研究进展做一综述.
Abstract
The androgens are steroid hormones produced by cholesterol through a series of chemical reactions in organs such as the gonads and adrenal gland.During different stages of human growth,development and aging,androgens have different blood concentrations.They are lipophilic and are able to penetrate the blood-brain barrier and have specific physiological and pathological effects on brain morphology development and function maintenance.However,their specific function,clinical significance,and mechanism have not been fully elucidated.This article will provide a review of relevant research progress.
