摘要
陈文伯教授治疗男科疾病经验丰富,他认为现代男科疾病多瘀、多郁、多痰、多虚,治疗时善借虫蚁蠕动走窜之特性,搜剔络中瘀血顽痰,驱散邪气,松透病根,使药力穿透血睾屏障,直达病灶.本文总结了虫类药治疗男科疾病的三大优势,以及陈文伯教授运用虫类药对配伍治疗男科泌尿系统、性功能障碍和不育症的临证经验,以期为临床诊治男科疾病提供新的思路和方法.
Abstract
Professor Chen Wenbo,with extensive experience in treating male diseases,believes that modern male diseases are often characterized by stagnation,depression,excess phlegm,and deficiency.In treatment,he skillfully utilizes the creeping and moving characteristics of insects to search and eliminate stubborn blood stasis and phlegm in the collaterals,disperse pathogenic factors,loosen and penetrate the root of the disease,and enable the drug efficacy to penetrate the blood-testis barrier and reach the diseased area directly.This paper summarizes the three major advantages of using paired insect drugs in treating male diseases,as well as Professor Chen Wenbo' s clinical experiences in treating male urological diseases,sexual dysfunction,and infertility with paired insect drugs,for providing new ideas and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of male diseases.
