生殖器官功能异常纳入"中虚精变"理论优势病种的临床思考

摘要
中虚精变理论的"精变"广义为精室改变,可将精室包含的睾丸、附睾、精囊和前列腺等生殖器官功能异常纳入中虚精变理论的优势病种,从而为前列腺疾病、精囊炎等从脾胃论治提供思路.本文从生殖器官功能异常与"精变"和"中虚"关系、生殖器官功能异常从脾胃论治用方等方面阐发优势病种拓展的临床思考.
Abstract
The "seminal changes" in the theory of middle deficiency causes seminal changes can be broadly understood as the change of the semen room,which can include the reproductive organs such as the testes,epididymis,seminal vesicle,and prostate in the semen room,thereby enabling the inclusion of functional disorders of these reproductive organs in the advantage disease spectrum of middle deficiency causes seminal changes theory.This provides a new perspective for the treatment of diseases such as chronic prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis from the perspective of the spleen and stomach.This paper expounds the clinical thinking on the expansion of advantage disease spectrum from the perspectives of the relationship between reproductive organ functional disorders and"seminal changes"and"middle deficiency",and the prescription of reproductive organ functional disorders from the perspective of the spleen and stomach.
