Including Henan agricultural extension issues within the promotion office,it is a very impor-tant.Promoted by the central government's decree,the preparations for the establishment of agricultural ex-tension offices in various counties in Henan Province are reflected in two aspects:methods and regulations.In terms of management,it includes strengthening personnel training and simultaneous reward and punish-ment.There are two problems in operation,one is the reporting system,and the other is the issue of funding guarantees.In general,the 1930s,especially between 1933-1937,was the peak of the development of Henan Agricultural Extension Institute.There is an indirect relationship between Henan Agricultural Extension Insti-tute and Henan Agricultural Extension Committee.The development of extension institutes has certain signif-icance for us to increase investment in agricultural management instead of just technical investment.
