我国中东部地区分布式光伏高质量发展探析

近年来,全国分布式光伏快速发展,对于充分利用本地新能源资源、推动能源电力绿色低碳转型发挥了积极的作用.其中,中东部地区分布式光伏超预期增长,装机规模已超越集中式光伏,成为新增电源的主力.本文分析了当前全国特别是中东部地区分布式光伏发展的现状,深入探讨了分布式光伏大规模并网对电力供需平衡、电网运行及运营模式带来的问题和挑战,总结了各地积极发展分布式光伏的有益经验,并提出相关政策建议,为推动分布式光伏高质量发展、构建新型电力系统提供决策参考.
Research on Distributed Photovoltaics(PVs)Development in Central and Eastern China
The distributed photovoltaics(PVs)in China have developed rapidly in recent years,which play a positive role in making full use of local new energy resources and promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of energy and electricity.In central and eastern China,the distributed PVs keep a better-than-expected growth,and their installed capacity have exceeded the centralized PVs,becoming the main driving force for new power supplies.This paper analyzes the current development situation of distributed PVs in China,especially in the central and eastern provinces,studies the problems and challenges of supply-demand balance,power grid operation and business models due to the large-scale distributed PVs integrated into the power system,and summarizes the beneficial experiences of developing distributed PVs from various provinces.Finally,several policies and suggestions are proposed to promote the high-quality development of distributed PVs and support the construction of a new power system.
