Research on Strengthening Government Energy Reserve in Zhejiang Province
Energy reserve is an important means to stabilize the relationship between supply and demand,stabilize market prices,deal with emergencies and ensure national energy security.Zhejiang is a large province in terms of economy and energy consumption,but at the same time,it is also a small province in terms of energy resources.Oil,coal,natural gas and other resources are scarce in the province,and the energy self-sufficiency rate is low.Doing a good job in energy reserve is not only to implement the national reserve task,but also to ensure the steady development of its own economic and social development,and to ensure the security of the industrial chain and supply chain.This paper analyzes the three changes in China's government energy reserve in recent years.On the basis of systematically combing the current situation of Zhejiang province's government energy reserve,this paper summarizes the three deficiencies in carrying out government energy reserve in Zhejiang province under the new situation,new changes and new requirements,and puts forward four policy suggestions for carrying out government energy reserve in Zhejiang province.
