太阳能开发利用对优化调整能源结构、助力实现碳达峰碳中和、促进生态文明建设具有重要意义.硅基新材料是以硅为基材制得的新型材料,主要包括单晶硅、多晶硅、有机硅、工业硅等,是发展太阳能光伏产业的基础性材料,也是电子信息、节能环保等战略性新兴产业不可或缺的关键核心材料,是新材料产业的重要组成部分,其市场空间广阔,发展潜力大,受到国内外的广泛关注.本文以新疆维吾尔自治区目前形成的以光伏产业为主要应用领域、以有机硅产品为重要强链补链环节的硅基产业为对象,对其发展现状、能源消费状况及能效水平等进行分析,并提出"双碳"背景下以绿色低碳引领硅基产业高质量发展的政策建议.
Analysis of the Current Situation and Countermeasures and Suggestions for Green Development of Silicon Based Industry in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region
The development and utilization of solar energy is of great significance for optimizing and adjusting energy structure,assisting in carbon peak and carbon neutrality,and promoting ecological civilization construction.Silicon based new materials are new materials made from silicon as the substrate,mainly including monocrystalline silicon,polycrystalline silicon,organic silicon,industrial silicon,etc.They are the fundamental materials for the development of the solar photovoltaic industry,and are also essential core materials for strategic emerging industries such as electronic information,energy conservation,and environmental protection.They are an important component of the new materials industry.The market space for silicon based new materials is vast,with great development potential,and has received widespread attention both domestically and internationally.This article takes the silicon-based industry in Xinjiang,which mainly focuses on the photovoltaic industry as the main application field and organic silicon products as the important strong chain supplement link,as the object.It analyzes the current development status and energy utilization and energy efficiency status of the silicon-based industry in Xinjiang,and proposes policy recommendations to lead the high-quality development of the silicon-based industry with green and low-carbon under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
