建设生态文明是中华民族永续发展的千年大计[1],坚持绿色发展是发展观的一场深刻革命[2].能源行业是实现碳达峰碳中和的重点领域,作为国民经济的基础产业和战略性产业,能源产业迫切需要绿色低碳转型.本文以创新驱动绿色低碳高质量发展为主题,以兼顾碳达峰碳中和战略与能源安全为目标,做好新能源的增量发展和传统高碳排放产业减量控制的同时,利用颠覆性技术大力发展绿色低碳能源.包括促进碳循环,实现二氧化碳资源化循环利用,变废为宝,"治碳制能""光合制氢",以推动能源绿色低碳高质量发展,不断满足我国经济社会和人民群众日益增长的美好生活的需要,以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业提供有力支撑.
Development Status and Prospects of Plasmon Technology
Building an ecological civilization is a millennium long plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation,and adhering to green development is a profound revolution in the development concept.The energy industry is a key area for achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality.As a fundamental and strategic industry of the national economy,the energy industry urgently needs green and low-carbon transformation.The theme of this article is to drive green,low-carbon,and high-quality development through innovation,with the goal of balancing carbon peak,carbon neutrality,and energy security.While doing a good job in the incremental development of new energy and the reduction control of traditional high carbon emission industries,disruptive technologies are utilized to vigorously develop green,low-carbon energy.Including promoting carbon cycling,achieving the recycling and utilization of carbon dioxide resources,turning waste into treasure,"carbon reduction and energy production",and"photosynthetic hydrogen production".We will promote green,low-carbon and high-quality energy development,constantly meet China's economic and social development and the growing needs of the people for a better life,and provide strong support for Chinese path to modernization to comprehensively promote the building of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation.
