Study on the Strategy of Promoting Industrial Low-carbon Transformation in Hebei Province
Industrial low-carbon transformation is a systematic project with diverse goals,fields,and models,which requires the construction of a comprehensive and systematic policy system.It is recommended that Hebei,which is a major province of industrial carbon emissions,focus on implementing policies promoting industrial low-carbon transformation from five aspects:improving economic policies,innovating market mechanisms,enhancing factor support,strengthening management services,and stimulating enterprise momentum,to actively explore the path of industrial low-carbon transformation policies.It's expected to provide cases for promoting low-carbon industrial transformation in China.
