Research on the Path of Ningxia to Build a High-Level National New Energy Comprehensive Demonstration Zone
Since the National Energy Administration approved the implementation plan for Ningxia to create a New Energy Comprehensive Demonstration Zone in 2015,Ningxia has made important progress in the construction of new energy.Especially after the"dual carbon goals"were proposed,China accelerated the planning and construction of a new energy system,and put forward new and higher requirements for the development of new energy in the new era,and has also brought unprecedented significant opportunities for the development of new energy in Ningxia.This paper comprehensively summarizes the experience and achievements of the construction of Ningxia New Energy Comprehensive Demonstration Zone,deeply analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by new energy development under the background of"dual carbon goals",analyzes the main characteristics and objectives of the High-Level New Energy Comprehensive Demonstration Zone,based on the natural endowments and development characteristics of Ningxia's scenic resources,and proposes the path suggestions for Ningxia to build a High-Level National New Energy Comprehensive Demonstration Zone.
