Analysis of Industrial Restructuring Path of Energy-Resource-Intensive Cities——A Case Study of Ordos,China
The energy-resource-intensive cities undertake the important function of"national energy and strategic resource supply base",and are also an important driving force for the sustainable and healthy development of social economy.In the context of energy consumption and carbon emission policies,how to find a new way of high-quality development that can ensure energy supply and green low-carbon transformation has become a major issue of current social and economic development.Through the case analysis of Ordos City,a typical energy based city,this paper analyze the current situation of energy consumption,carbon emissions,industrial structure,and constraints on industrial structure adjustment,exploring and proposing the"1234+10"industrial adjustment path model.At the same time,the paper analyzes the specific path of industrial adjustment and provides policy recommendations.
